CANCELLATION FEES: - Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: Free of charge - Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price - No-show: 100% of the rental price. Guest cancellation: If the house can be re-let after a guest's cancellation, if a last-minute discount is granted to the new tenant due to the short-notice re-letting, the difference will be deducted from the refund, plus a flat fee of 10%.
