Holiday destination
Our house, newly built in 2020, is located on the Gerlosberg mountain at an altitude of approximately 930 meters and features two fully equipped holiday apartments on the upper floor.
Each apartment has two bedrooms with en-suite showers and toilets, and a comfortable eat-in kitchen with access to a balcony.
The ground floor houses the entrance and a ski storage room, each apartment with its own private compartment and ski boot dryer.
Bicycles can also be stored there during the summer months.
Guest access
Two parking spaces are provided for each apartment for our guests.
Further important information
-- Tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night and a security deposit of €200 are not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon check-in. --
-- The security deposit will be refunded to the specified bank account on the evening of departure. --
-- For infants up to 2 years old, a supplement of €50 per week will be charged; this is payable on site. --
