Up to 3 months before arrival, no cancellation fees are charged.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booking price.

Host informationOur house is my husband's birthplace. I am from the Bregenzerwald and feel very much at home in the Lechtal. We have remodeled and renovated. We take care of our guests together. In the summer, when the weather is nice, we have barbecues with our guests.
