Cancellation of the contract by the tenant
If the tenant cancels the lease for any reason, they are obliged to pay the landlord compensation as follows:
15% of the rental contract if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period
50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs within 3 to 1 month(s) before the start of the rental period
75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than 1 month up to 1 week before the start of the rental period
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if
the rental period has already begun.
