Das Haus hat technische Probleme.
Laute Klopf- und Pumpgeräsche in der Wand zwischen dem Duschbad und dem WC stören die Ruhe.
Das Problem ist dem Eigentümer bekannt.
Bevor sie um ihre Nachtruhe gebracht werden und mehrere Mails oder Telefonate führen, stellen sie das Ventil des Heizkörpers im Duschbad auf Position 1. Die Geräusche hören dann auf.
