Cancellation policy
For cancellations no later than 12 weeks before arrival, you will receive your deposit back.
For cancellations between 12 weeks to one week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked service.
For cancellations within one week before arrival or in event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full amount of the booked stay.

Holiday destination
We are in the middle of the skiing and hiking domain of "Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis". The smallest of the three, 'Ladis', with its castle and pond, is idyllically situated. Our holiday home is about a 2 minute walk from the town centre (shop, information office, etc.). Quiet, open air location only 100 metres to Burgweier.

TL;DR: after a week long stay our children asked us if we could return to Ladis and Apart Luneta particularly next year. I hope we will :)
Apart Luneta is located in area where there is almost no traffic so it's calm, quiet and safe for children and it's still very close to the Ladis centre where you can find some restaurants, bus stop, supermarket and a pond with stunning views to Burg Laudegg. The Sonnenbahnen station is about 15 minutes walking.
The 3 bedrooms apartment was clean and quite spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Also there was a garden with sandbox, trampoline and a rabbit pen.
