The house is located in the Neustift district of Gasteig, surrounded by woods and meadows.
The glacier ski area is only 10 minutes by car. It is 5 kilometres to the Neustift town centre.
From the house you have a magnificent view of the Mischbach waterfall.
The house also has a private alpine hut at 1600 meters above sea level which can also be used by our guests.
