Getting there
Via San Gottardo or San Bernardino, Lugano Nord exit, Ponte Tresa, Swiss/Italian border crossing. After the border, turn left, towards Porto Ceresio along the lake, about 1 km after Brusimpiano, signposted as "Montelago-San Gottardo". Turn right after the bus stop. Drive up the small road; take the second turn to the right; immediately stop on the left by the wall for unloading. To the left, there's a staircase with a white railing leading to the apartment. Walk up to "Casa Irene."

Wir haben jeden Morgen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf den See und die Berge genossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, woran wir uns gewöhnen mussten, war die Aussentreppe Wohnung. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.
