It's always a pity when you can't go on your holiday for whatever reason. Remember to take out cancellation insurance in good time. Costs: Free of charge up to one month before arrival, within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the holiday, a fee for 3 days of unoccupied bed. If you cancel within a week before the start of the holiday or if you leave early, we will charge an unoccupied bed fee for the booked stay. If you depart early without a serious reason, we reserve the right to charge the full price.

Getting there
Arrive via the B 169 to the first exit Zell am Ziller, then turn left. You will then see the large parking lot of the Zillertal Arena on the right side. Before this parking lot, a small road leads approximately 500 meters to our house!

إقامة مميزة بكل معنى الكلمة! الشقة نظيفة جدًا ومجهزة بالكامل بكل ما يحتاجه المسافر من أدوات المطبخ وحتى الغسالة. الإطلالة خلابة على جبال الألب، والموقع قريب من تلفريك Zillertal Arena الشهير. المضيف كان متعاون وسهل التعامل، ويوجد مواقف مجانية._x000D_

المنطقة هادئة ومثالية للاسترخاء، وفي نفس الوقت قريبة من الخدمات والمطاعم. أنصح بها جدًا لمن يرغب في قضاء عطلة عائلية أو رومانسية وسط الطبيعة._x000D_

Die Ferienwohnung bei Familie Hauser ist einfach großartig. 2 gemütliche Schlafzimmer, von denen eines einen direkten Zugang zu einem moderne Bad hat. Dazu ein zweites modernes Bad und eine separate Toilette. Die schicke Wohnküche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser Highlight....der umlaufende Balkon, der von jedem Zimmer betreten werden kann. Küche und beide Schlafzimmer haben jeweils einen Fernseher...in Summe können hier 5 Leute zusammen Urlaub machen. Als wäre das nicht schon genug, wurden wir noch mit Eiern der hauseigenen Hühner und Gemüse aus dem Garten verwöhnt._x000D_
Das Ehepaar Hauser ist unfassbar sympathisch._x000D_
Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz für Fahrräder und einen überdachten Stellplatz für unser Auto._x000D_
Es gibt einen Gasthof mit solider Karte direkt nebenan. Zur Zillertal Arena sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß und in ebenfalls 10 Minuten ist man in Zell.
