PAYMENT TERMS:
Booking deposit: 25% of the total amount if booked 60 days prior to the start of the rental period
Balance: due at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental period
For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, the customer is required to pay the full rental price immediately
CANCELLATION FEES:
20% of the total price if cancellation is received up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental period
40% from 89 to 60 days prior to the start of the rental period
60% from 59 to 30 days prior to the start of the rental period
100% if cancellation is received within 29 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Unless the house can be rented to another party. If a last-minute discount is granted for short-term re-letting, the difference will be deducted from the refund.

Holiday destination
The large property consists mostly of Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and lawn, and offers various seating areas. The sound of the stream only subsides in mid-July and August.
The beaches of Marciana Marina can be reached with a 15-minute walk or by car. Sant’Andrea beach is a 20-minute drive away, as is the large beach of Procchio. Marciana Marina is one of the most beautiful places on the island, with its charming historic center and seafront promenade, numerous small shops, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Boat rentals at the marina offer a welcome change of pace during your vacation.
