Es war der bisher schlechteste Service, den ich erlebt habe.
Unsere gemietete Ferienwohnung wurde von Belvilla doppelt vermietet. Die anderen Mieter sind einen Tag vor uns eingezogen. Belvilla hat sich bis heute, dem Abreisetag, nicht einmal zu dem Vorfall geäuÃ_x009f_ert.
Die Sache ist noch nicht erledigt, auch wenn wir dank freundlicher Menschen eine (minderwertige) Wohnung beziehen konnten.
