Dear guests, If you cannot make your holiday for serious reasons or have to leave early, no one can replace your holiday fun, but the financial damage can be. - So we ask you to inform us as quickly as possible in writing by e-mail. Then we will try to re-rent the apartment at the same rate. If we can't we will retain 80% of the total booking price. If the apartment can be re-rented for that period, you will receive your payment back. If you must depart early or arrive later, there is no refund. So we recommend: take out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE for your well deserved holiday. - (This kicks in for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Such as if there is illness, accident or unemployment - even within the family, and you will be refunded possible financial losses).

Our house is located in a quiet villa quarter less than 1 km from the beach, dunes, North Sea and shops. Enjoy the beach and the dunes while walking, biking in the nature, sunsets... Also our beautiful old town of Bruges (20 km), shopping in town and Ostend and port (5 km) and for the children there is Plopsaland (Adinkerke 45 km), Boudewijnpark (Bruges), De Sierk, golf (De Haan) and nearby playgrounds, mini golf, swimming pool, relaxation in Grasduinen park...

Getting there

E40 - A 10 Brussels - Ghent - Ostend motorwat to the end. Follow R31 towards Blankenberge. At the "Bredene" light take a right, cross the crossing, take a right at the 5th street, 1st left and left at the end of the street.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Belgien und haben uns so über den herzlichen Empfang mit all den netten Kleinigkeiten gefreut. Patricia und Jos sind sehr gute Gastgeber, bei denen man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Immer gab es gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Fahrrad- und Wandertouren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit z.B. ebenerdiger Dusche, separater Toilette, bequemen Betten. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auf dem Balkon kann man nachmittags schön in der Sonne sitzen. Hier kann man es sich am breiten Sandstrand mit den Dünen, bei den toll ausgeschilderten Fahrrad- und Wanderwegen richtig gut gehen lassen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere netten Gastgeber!

Wir waren jetzt das 2.te Mal nach 6 Jahren wieder bei Patricia und Jos und es war wieder alles einwandfrei. Die Wohnung wird immer wieder modernisiert z. B. neues Bad, neue Fenster etc. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Patricia und Jos sind sowas von Liebe Menschen, die ihre Wohnung mit dem Herzen vermieten. Wir sagen nur Danke für den leckeren Kuchen :-) Bredene eignet sich super für jede Menge Ausflüge und der Strand ist auch super. Hier kann man am Straßenrand gratis parken, wo gibt es sowas noch. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Belgien kommen, dann kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Das haben wir damals schon gesagt und werden es auch dieses Mal so machen
