Holiday destination

Quiet, sunny location at 1550 m above sea level on a sun-drenched plateau. Snow reliability in winter, very nice cross-country skiing area and ski resort. In summer, it's a good starting point for hikes and mountain tours, with Tyrol's largest waterfall about a 10-minute walk from our house. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, you can enjoy pure nature in peace and without noise with us!

Getting there

Our house is located in Niederthai, 6km above Umhausen. In Niederthai, pass the church, turn right at the information office towards Falknerhof, pass the ski school and continue straight ahead until you reach the fountain, then turn slightly right and you will find us.

"Lea" ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, welche komfortabel ausgestattet ist und direkt an der Loipe liegt, auf welcher man auch einfach zum nahen Lift mit Abfahrtski rutschen kann. Die Natur um Niederthai ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
