Holiday destination
Niederthai is situatet on 1550m , very quiet arrea in the middle of the oetztal valley. The village is verry nice for families with children.
Skiing, cross country, walking, mountainbiking, and a lot of other sport arts are possible. The big ski areas of Soelden, Hochgurgl, Obergurgl are just 30 minutes away.
Getting there
From Umhausen you have to drive 7 km to Niederthai. After the church you have to go to the right, following the road. About ca. 100 mtr you find our house on your left handside

Wir verbrachten unseren Skiurlaub im wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Niederthai. Zum Skifahren sind wir allerdings immer eine knappe Stunde nach Sölden gefahren, da der Schnee dort zu dieser Jahreszeit noch besser war.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Ferienwohnung, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Herr und Frau Griesser sind ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Unsere Kinder waren von den Lamas und den abendlichen Spaziergängen bei riesigem Sternenhimmel begeistert, mein Mann und ich von Sauna und Infrarotkabine.
