My name is Mrs Rieckhoff and I am delighted to welcome you to Corsica. In the peaceful plain of Montemaggiore, you will stay in a former olive oil mill transformed into elegant holiday accommodations.
Inspired by my love for this island, I have created a place where authenticity, comfort and tranquility come together, between sea and mountains.
Upon request, I offer freshly prepared meals and half-board dining, using organic, local and seasonal ingredients, including produce from our own plantation and carefully selected wild-foraged foods.

Ein herzliches Willkommen, eine Führung durch die Mühle mit einem kurzen Video, das die traditionellen Praktiken der Olivenölproduktion sehr gut erklärt. Verkostung von Ölen und Tapenaden. Sehr gute Produkte.
