Liebe Gäste, fangen wir mit den positiven Aspekten an: Die Villa ist schön, sauber, mit bequemen Betten und guter Bettwäsche.
Negativ: Die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, daher gab es während unseres Aufenthalts keinen Kaffee.
Kein Warmwasser, daher mussten wir mit kaltem Wasser duschen, was auch für unsere Gäste unangenehm war.
Samstagmorgen, gegen 8:30 Uhr, riefen wir die folgende Nummer an: 0031 681861161. Beim ersten Mal war es ein Anrufbeantworter. Beim zweiten Mal wählten wir die Notrufnummer: 0031 882021233. Sie konnten uns nicht helfen, und nach 9 Uhr mussten wir eine andere Nummer anrufen. Wir riefen erneut den Anrufbeantworter an, dann eine andere Nummer: 0031 621993737, und landeten wieder auf dem Anrufbeantworter. Und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde auf unsere Bitte um Warmwasser nicht reagiert. Wir sollten auch beachten, dass eine Servicegebühr von 50 € pro Person, also 200 €, anfällt. Teurer Witz, wo ist der Service geblieben?
