a) after conclusion of the contract 25% of the rental price
b) from 28 days before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price

The house is located on the sunny island of Schouwen-Duiveland directly by the Grevelingen Lake in the park De Kreek, Aquadelta. There are many different leisure activities such as a heated indoor pool with a super slide, children's land, bowling alley, tennis courts, fitness trail, mini-golf, bicycle rental, sailing and surfing school, etc.
In the center of the park and in the new marina, you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and many play options for children as well as a sandy beach.
In the center, there is a laundromat with washing machines and dryers.
Getting there
Take the A58 towards Eindhoven - Tilburg - Breda in the direction of Rotterdam.
Please follow the signs towards Zierikzee and you will automatically cross the Grevelingen Dam onto the island of Schouwen-Duiveland to Bruinisse.
After the drawbridge, take the 1st exit at the roundabout to Park Aquadelta, turn left after 200 meters onto Molenweg, and after another 200 meters, turn right into Park "DE Kreek".

Der Herr gibt in seiner Antwort das er die Privatsphäre beachtet hätte absolut nicht richtig sie reden in der vorigen Rezension das sie die Preise anpassen müssen dann tun sie es Geld spielt keine Rolle ich habe in der Nacht gefroren selbst wenn ihre Heizung um 6:30 wieder funktioniert hat war ihre Unterkunft kalt ihr Mann kam nach Lust und Laune in die Wohnung rein ich bezahle nicht um zu frieren oder in meiner Privatsphäre gestört zu werden überdenken sie ihr Verhalten anstatt noch so zutun als wären sie im Recht !

Wir hatten hier die Ferien Unterkunft gebucht, der Vermieter war zu erst sehr nett. Jedoch kam er immer ohne Ankündigung rein, und sodass wir keine Privatsphäre hatte, nur weil wir zum durchlüften die Fenster aufhatten. Die Heizungen waren leider auch reguliert.
An sich ist die Wohnung ganz gut aufgeteilt, jedoch wenn ich in einer Wohnung bin darf keiner Zugriff darauf haben. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne. Kommen werde ich nicht mehr.
