In the event of a rental withdrawal by the tenant from the entered rental agreement, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise specified in the rental contract:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement until 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or termination of rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Maccagno (approx. 2,300 inhabitants) is situated at the outlet of the Veddasca Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys near Luino. The center of Luino, with its 12,000 inhabitants, is only 6 km away. The Giona river, which merges precisely with Lake Maggiore at Maccagno, divides the town into two sister communities, each with ancient village centers and their own beaches: Maccagno Inferiore and Maccagno Superiore.
