Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels a rental agreement for any reason, they are obliged to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part thereof.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any monies paid will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant takes out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
