The booking is only final after receipt of the signed rental agreement and your deposit. Cancellation costs of the rental price: 95 days 35% 45 days 55% 14 days 75% and 7 days 100% before the start of the booked trip. Current note: If, according to the government, you cannot take the booked trip due to border closure, you will receive a voucher for the booked time, which is valid for 1 year or another booking period if this is more expensive you have to pay the difference. Travel cancellation insurance: I recommend Travel Secure (acc. Foundation goods test: good) please book yourself. The occupancy plan is always "current" and is updated daily.

Middelburg, Domburg, Veere etc. are easy to explore by bike. Town centre: Supermarket- fresh bread rolls -restaurant- snack fries- children's animation- disco - game centre- bike rental- tennis facilities- mini golf- trampoline- indoor swimming pool, game centre- playgrounds Shopping in Kamperland: Albert Heijn - Aldi fish shop- fashion stores and drugstores.

Getting there

Arrival on Saturday or Friday from: 4 p.m. Departure Saturday or Friday until: 10 a.m. Holiday park "Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, Str. Zand 24 at RP 4493 Kamperland. is easy to find with any sat-nav. You can drive directly to the holiday home. The holiday home is located in the cul-de-sac - Zand - directly in the curve on the right, in the holiday park "De Banjaard" with a lot of distance from your neighbour on the right, and a well-kept, south-west facing, fenced garden, which guarantees you a lot of privacy. There are 2 parking spaces at the house and another 4 car spaces in 10m across the street. The kilometre-long sandy beach of Banjaard, which is only a few minutes' walk away, has already been awarded several times as the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands plus a healthy climate!

wir hatten eine sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Besonders ist hier die schöne geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Hauses hervorzuheben. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Umluftbackofen ist nun wirklich alles vorhanden und in eine sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Garten und die Ausstattung (Liegen etc.) ist hervorzuheben. Da der Garten sehr schön eingezäunt ist kann man die Hunde auch mal im Garten spielen lassen. Wir sind mit 2 wirklich großen Hunden angereist, was für die Vermieterin kein Problem war! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit 5 Personen plus Hund im April 2025 eine Woche im Haus von Frau Ehlert verbracht. Wir sind oft in den Niederlanden und können sagen, dass das Haus definitiv zu unseren Highlights zählt. Es ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders das Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche hat Spaß gemacht. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle gut und praktisch mit genug Schrankraum ausgestattet. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr sauber, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Highlight ist definitiv auch der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir einige schöne Nachmittage verbringen konnten. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.
