Cancellation policy
1.1 Tenants may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing.
The landlord will try to find another tenant. If the landlord manages to find a replacement tenant for the duration of the stay, the original tenant will receive their deposit back in full.
1.2 If no replacement tenant is found by up to 14 days before the original check-in date, the original tenant is obliged to pay 25% of the rental price (equal to the down payment) to the landlord. Thereafter, 100% of the rental price must be paid if no tenant has been found. Taking this into consideration, the tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
