Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr schön, mit Terrasse/Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee.
Was sehr enttäuschend war, der Duschvorhang hat geschimmelt, der Staubsauer & die Waschmaschine haben nicht funktioniert, sowie der Geschirrspüler ist fast auseinander gefallen.
Wenn es etwas kälter ist, ist die Nutzung des Palletofen unumgänglich, da die FuÃ_x009f_bodenheizung alleine es nicht schafft die Räume richtig zu wärmen.

Wir bekamen statt der bestätigten Wohnung im EG die Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Unter uns im Erdgeschoss wurde die Wohnung saniert, Fliesen geschnitten, gebohrt, gehämmert und trotz der niedrigen Temperaturen standen die Haustür und Schlafzimmertür weit offen. Wir mussten in unserer Wohnung die FuÃ_x009f_bodenheizung hoch stellen damit es warm wurde. Zum Glück waren wir oft nur abends da weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss war in Ordnung, das Ablesen der Wasseruhr hinten links neben der Waschmaschine kurz über dem FuÃ_x009f_boden ein Balanceakt. Mit 65 Jahren ist man nicht mehr so gelenkig, dass man knieend mit nur einer Hand die Wasseruhr mal eben schnell fotografieren kann. Trotzdem haben wir ein paar schöne Tage am Meer verbracht.
