Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen fantastischen Garten, umgeben von etwa 17 Bäumen. Wir waren auch von den Schafen begeistert! Sie machten fröhliche „Atemgeräusche“. Einziger Nachteil war die Einfahrt; man konnte den Gegenverkehr nicht sehen. Es gab keinen sicheren Platz, um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Und von den beiden Duschen funktionierte eine überhaupt nicht, und die andere war schwer einzustellen; der Wasserdruck fiel schnell ab und war danach kalt. Nicht sehr komfortabel mit zwei Teenagern und zwei Erwachsenen.

Dies ist eine wunderschöne alte Villa aus der Zeit, als Tracy-sur-Mer zu einem mondänen Badeort wurde. Viele authentische Details werden mit den modernen Annehmlichkeiten kombiniert, die Sie heute erwarten (Smart-TV, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination usw.). Ein schöner großer Garten mit Stellplätzen für drei Autos auf dem Grundstück. Eine eingezäunte Schafweide rundet das „Landhaus-Feeling“ ab!
