Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation from the 60th day before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be retained; up to the 45th day, 65% of the rental price will be charged; from the 15th day before arrival, 80%; from the 7th day, 100% of the total rental amount. Cancellations require confirmation.
If it is possible to re-rent the property for the cancelled period, the deposit will be refunded minus €30 for administrative costs.

On the rocky coast is possible to dive. In Leghorn is a beautiful aquarium. 8 km far a surf center.
On the beautiful seafront of Leghorn are small restaurants and bars were is possible to admire the sunset.

Holiday destination
The mill is situated in a beautiful, secluded location next to a stream and directly borders the typical Tuscan forest. The sea is about 8 km away.
The rocky coastline and the small pebble coves south of Livorno are very beautiful. Sandy beaches can be found in Tirrenia and Vada.
From the entrance of the mill, you can go hiking into the hills or explore by mountain bike, and after a short distance you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Tuscan islands. Next to the mill there is a stream where you can also swim.

Es waren sehr schöne Ferien an einem absolut speziellen Ort. Die Familie Sviato hat uns sehr gute Ausflugs -und Badetipps gegeben. Die Wohnung in der ehemaligen Wassermühle ist sehr geräumig und hat uns viel Platz als Familie geboten. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr geplegt und ist ein guter Ort um entspannte Ferien zu geniesen. Wir können die ehemalige Wassermühle Le Ferriere nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt! Eine große, liebevoll restaurierte und saubere Ferienwohnung; mit schöner Küche, ausreichend Platz und zwei Terrassen! Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Sviato (auch an die beiden lieben Hunde) für den freundlichen Empfang! Vermieter Danny war immer ansprechbar und hatte Tipps parat. Pisa, Lucca, Siena von hier gut mit Auto zu erreichen und Baden im Mittelmeer ging auch noch Ende September. Wir empfehlen: 1. unbedingt in Livorno die Markthalle besuchen und einkaufen für ein Essen daheim 2. Florenz ( bis Endstation Santa Maria Novella) lässt sich ideal mit dem Zug ab Livorno-Centrale erreichen ( ca, 1 Stunde 30 min.), die App von trenitalia .de gibt es auch auf deutsch (Karten vor Fahrtantritt entwerten nicht vergessen)
