Das Haus ist geräumig (vor allem für uns vier). Die Immobilie wurde modernisiert (die Beschreibung sagt „kürzlich“, was etwas übertrieben ist). Küche und Bad sind grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings sitzt der Duschkopf im Obergeschoss steif an der Dachschräge, was der Regendusche nicht guttut (der Duschkopf ist kaputt). Die Küchenausstattung ist begrenzt. Der Whirlpool funktioniert einwandfrei, könnte aber eine gründliche Reinigung (Entkalkung) vertragen. Die Terrasse (Holzbelag) hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Außerdem war bei der Ankunft nicht alles blitzblank sauber. Es ist eine ruhige Lage mit viel Freizeitangebot in der Umgebung.
