The open concept living area is very comfortable and inviting. Your apartment is located on a quiet inner courtyard. There is a desk area which could be used as a perfect spot to set up your computer should you need to work. The window in the salon has external shutters should you wish to have more privacy. The dining bar is conveniently beside the kitchen counter. The owners enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients they purchase on the rue de Levis market street. There are many amenities such as a combination washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop and more. The bedroom and bathroom are located through a sliding door at the end of the corridor where the kitchen is. There is a queen sized bed in the room along with a lot of closet space - very rare in Paris! The bright window makes it a pleasure to wake up in this room and the perfect place to go to bed at night. The toilet and shower are located off the bedroom in the room shown on the left. There is also a towel warmer in the bathroom. The shower cabin as an overhead shower as well as a handheld one.
There is a flat rate of €53 from Charles de Gaulle to the apartment or €37 from Orly airport – do not pay any more than this! A taxi from the main train stations will cost €10-€25. There is also an additional charge of 4€ for any passenger beyond the third.

60 days or more prior to arrival: 80% refund of your total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you give less than 60 days' notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you an 80% refund of the total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you leave an apartment prior to the end of your stay, we cannot refund any of your rental paid. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have a company you work with, insurance can be provided by our partners at ADAR.
