The holiday apartment Johannes Raut is situated in the Art Nouveau villa Ladurnerhof, in a location unique even for South Tyrol at the foot of the Küchelberg, in one of the quietest, sunniest, and most central areas of Merano, approximately a 10-minute walk from the city center and about 15 minutes on foot from the train station.
From the house, you can reach numerous hiking trails and excursion destinations on foot.
Directly above our house runs the famous 5km long Tappeinerweg.
The city of Bolzano, only about 30 km away, is also worth a visit.

How to reach us by car via the Brenner Motorway:
Munich, Innsbruck, Brenner, Bolzano: exit South, expressway Bolzano-Merano, exit Merano / Algund.
Via the Jaufen Pass:
Innsbruck, Brenner to the Sterzing exit, Jaufen Pass, St. Leonhard, Merano.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort, einschließlich Wasser-Kühlung in den Räumen, ohne Lärm oder Zugluft. Tolle Ausblicke und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie, die jeden Wunsch erfüllt und immer bereit ist zu helfen. Nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Stadt und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.
Brötchenlieferung und auf Anfrage ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, das direkt in Ihre Wohnung geliefert wird. Getränke (Wasser, Wein, Bier, Saft) und Kaffee (vollautomatisch) sind vor Ort verfügbar. Der Kaffee ist im Preis inbegriffen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Blick auf die Weinberge, exzellenter Service von der Gastgeberfamilie, ruhig und entspannt, dennoch nur einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause; wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren.
