Cancellation policy
Your booking becomes binding upon the payment of a deposit and the sending of a booking confirmation.
In the event that something unforeseen happens and you are unable to commence your trip, our cancellation policy is as follows:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival date.
If you cancel between 3 months and 1 month prior to your arrival date, we will charge 30% of the booking price.
For cancellations made later, we will charge 70% of the booking price.
In the case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booking price.
Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your holiday.
To save costs and to ensure coverage, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The Graf-Messnerhof is located in Elvas, on a sunny hill northeast of Brixen in the Eisack Valley, surrounded by forests and orchards. The center of the episcopal city of Brixen is just 3 km away. Situated in the heart of South Tyrol, at the intersection of the Eisack, Pusteria, and Wipptal valleys, our farm is the perfect starting point to discover the most beautiful places in South Tyrol.
Getting there
The Graf-Messnerhof is located in Elvas, northeast of Brixen in South Tyrol. By car, you leave the Brenner motorway (A22) at the Brixen-Pustertal exit, continue for about 200 m towards Pustertal, and then turn right towards Natz, Raas, after the petrol station. Now follow the road signs to Elvas for about 6 km. In the village of Elvas, you will find us immediately after the church on the left-hand side of the road.
