Holiday destination

The terrace offers a dining area with barbecue and a few steps lead to the pool area, which is surrounded by a lawn. The pool, which can be heated for a fee and measures 8.50 x 4.50 m, can be accessed via a comfortable staircase and, if required, there is a pool alarm and a fixed tarpaulin for child safety. Furthermore, you will find six sun loungers, an attractive lounge seating area and a boules court. The plot has a size of approx. 2,000 m² and is completely enclosed. An electric gate leads to a long, sloping driveway to the parking area and to the villa, which is situated below street level. Two vehicles can be parked inside the property.
