Cancellation policy
Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.

Auch dieses Jahr sind wir in der Casa Baffo wie zu Hause angekommen. Bereits zum 4. Mal genossen wir wieder diese tolle Unterkunft. Unseren Gino (ADSH) hat es auf diesem eingezäunten Grundstück sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben von hier aus wieder unzählige Erkundungsfahrten in die traumhaft schöne Toskana gemacht und dabei wieder viel Neues entdeckt. In der Casa fehlt es an nichts....Die Sauberkeit ist für uns immer wieder ein wichtiges Kriterium. Hier kommt man sofort an. Wie bereits in 2024 erwähnt, wäre eine Überdachung als Sonnenschutz für den PKW wünschenswert....da sich das Fahrzeug bei starker Sonne brutal aufheizt - für den Hund oder aber auch ein Kind kaum möglich sofort einzusteigen. Liebe Frau Kruggel, vielleicht könnten Sie das bei der Besitzerin mal ansprechen. Danke auch an Giuseppe !

Moin,
wir waren ganz bewusst außerhalb der Saison für eine Woche in Santa Luce, augenscheinlich unter den wenigen Gäst:innen ohne "Fellnase".
Das Wetter war jahreszeitlich bedingt kühl und windig, tagsüber jedoch erfreulich sonnig und mild; unseren Tagesausflügen in die Region stand nichts im Wege!
Der persönliche Empfang durch Frau Kruggel war herzlich, die Unterkunft blitzsauber und mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet.
Das große Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen usw. war eine Augenweide, der freie Blick gen Westen zutiefst entspannend.
Wir durften in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft und schönen Landschaft viel Energie tanken, ebenso unser "Vollstromer" an der Wallbox direkt neben dem Ferienhäuschen.
Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
