Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Auch die Wohnung wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Betten sind gut, sogar ausgezeichnet. Leider ist der Service von Belvilla ein Hohn. Überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Geschäftskommunikation über WA, für Fragen und mögliche Probleme. Nicht einmal ein freundliches Wort. Obwohl alles sehr sauber war, hatten wir Probleme mit Kakerlaken. Belvilla konnte dagegen nichts tun. Bis ich sagte, ok, dann schreibe ich eine Rezension. Ein paar Stunden später kam jemand in die Wohnung und schloss Nähte und Ritzen und stellte Spraydosen zur Vernichtung bereit. Zum Glück war das eine gute Hilfe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber der Ansprechpartner von Belvilla hat uns dazu gebracht, Belvilla nie wieder zu nutzen. Danke Chantal...

Das Verb war prima. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr schön renoviert. Betten sind gut, selbsterklärend. Herzlich willkommen zum Service von Belvilla. Insgesamt nicht kundenfreundlich. Zackige Kommunikation über WA, mit Fragen und eventuellen Problemen. Noch nicht 1 freundliches Wort. Wir wussten nicht, dass alles glatt war, vor allem nicht durch Kackerlaken. Da wir Belvilla nie verlassen haben. Bisher habe ich es ok gefunden und eine Rezension geschrieben. Nach ein paar Stunden fuhr er zu seiner Wohnung und hatte dort ein paar Sachen verstaut und zum Abtransport bereitgestellt. Hallo, aber das war eine gute Hilfe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber die Kontaktperson namens Belvilla hat uns gebeten, nicht mehr über Belvilla zu sprechen. Danke, Chantal...
