Cancellation policy

In case of withdrawal from the travel contract, the customer traveler, in addition to the opening fee and penalties on the cancellation of travel documents, will always and in any case be required to pay the penalties listed below: - 30% of the entire amount from the day of written confirmation of Arg@nautiVacanze until 31 days before the start of the stay - 50% of the total amount from 31 to 15 days before the start of the stay - 75% of the total amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay - 100% of the total amount if later. This last penalty is also valid if the Client interrupts the stay already started.

Villa Bel Panorama, is located in a quiet area outside the center of Portoferraio. His central position is strategic to reach the northern and the southern coast. The northern one is about 10 minutes by car, with its marvelous white pebble beaches such as Le Ghiaie, La Padulella, Capo Bianco and Sansone but also sandy like La Biodola and Scaglieri; otherwise the south side is reachable in a few minutes by car, where you can find the large sandy beach of Lacona about 1 km long and Margidore of sand mixed with dark gravel. Close to the villa you can find all the services such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops (about 2 km away).

Confusing, unhelpful, and unresponsive — book with caution_x000D_ _x000D_ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned it. My group booked this property and tried to shift our check-in one day earlier due to a last-minute change in travel plans. The property was available and clean that day (as the host confirmed), but getting a straight answer from them was like pulling teeth._x000D_ _x000D_ Over the course of several hours, I was told:_x000D_ • They would “check if it’s possible”_x000D_ • I had to go through Airbnb_x000D_ • I could pay directly by credit card_x000D_ • Actually, no changes were possible_x000D_ • Wait—yes, it’s free tonight and ready_x000D_ • And finally… no, they “absolutely cannot change”_x000D_ _x000D_ Calls were ignored (mine and Airbnb’s), messages were answered inconsistently, and the overall tone was dismissive. I understand that hosts have rules—but this wasn’t about policy, it was about poor communication. If they’d just said “no” clearly the first time, I could’ve planned accordingly. Instead, I got vague half-answers and conflicting info until I finally gave up and booked a different place last minute._x000D_ _x000D_ The cherry on top? No attempt to resolve anything or take accountability. They got paid over €450 for a stay I never used._x000D_ _x000D_ Bottom line: if your plans are set in stone and you don’t expect any flexibility or communication, this place might work. But if you value clarity, responsiveness, or basic customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere._x000D_ _x000D_ Air BnB was very helpful and they tried their very best to assist me durning this issue and ended up compensating me one full night even though they had no obligation to.
