Wir haben diesen Ort zufällig gefunden, während wir nach einem Campingplatz in der Nähe von Stellenbosch suchten, und wir hätten nicht glücklicher sein können. Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Landschaft auf dem Gelände ist schön, die sanitären Einrichtungen sind großartig mit reichlich heißem Wasser und einer fantastischen Dusche, und sowohl das Personal als auch die Geschäftsführung sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere sehr gute Weingüter, und man kann sogar eine Wandertour zu diesen von dem Campingplatz aus unternehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Dies war einer der schöneren Campingplätze, auf denen wir übernachtet haben. Es gibt drei Stellplätze auf einer Rasenfläche, umgeben von Rosensträuchern und mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Badezimmer waren äußerst sauber, und es gab reichlich heißes Wasser. Außerdem gibt es zwei Pools auf dem Gelände, die von den Campern genutzt werden dürfen. Auch das WLAN war hervorragend.
Der Campingplatz / die Lodge liegt in der Nähe des Wanderweinswegs, was wunderbar ist, denn wie der Name schon sagt, gibt es mehrere Weingüter in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die gesamte Runde kann je nach Wegwahl 8-10 km betragen, aber der Besitzer, Hardy, war so freundlich, uns bis zum Gipfel des Hügels zu fahren, von wo aus wir durch die Weinberge zurückgegangen sind. Sehr empfehlenswert!
