Villa Amarie is a one-storey house and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open space area divided into a kitchen, and living- and dining room. There are two bedrooms, both air-conditioned and with a TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped and has direct access to the beautiful covered terrace where you will find the dining area for enjoying your meals outdoors. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The pool is the highlight of the, almost 1800 m2 large garden, providing refreshment on warm summer days.

The small village Krizanci is located near Zminj in Central Istria. The nearest beach is in the area of Rovinj, a town that you should definitely visit during your stay. Of course, you can explore the western coast of Istria too. As this villa is located in the heart of Istria, you will be able to discover all points of interest of your choice. Restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets are located in Zminj, only a few kilometers away from the villa.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
