Sunny, quiet valley location near Mayrhofen/Hippach (3 minutes by car), Zillerpromenade with the Auenland playground, cycle path, via ferrata, hiking trails, village bus - everything nearby! Beautiful nature and unique excursion destinations are waiting for you. Top location in winter - directly at the Horbergbahn! This takes you to the snow-sure ski area Mayrhofen/Penken connected to Finkenberg/Tux. Cross-country ski trails and a nearby children's lift as well as toboggan runs, ice skating rinks and winter hiking trails round off the offering.
Getting there
Take the highway exit Wiesing / Zillertal valley, on the B169 in the direction of Mayrhofen. After about 25 km you reach the village Ramsau. At the traffic lights continue straight, 100 meters after the AL-KO turn right (Horbergbahn/Schwendau). At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, over the bridge and then the second entrance on the left.

Großartige, sehr gut gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Freundliche Gastgeber, die gerne Tipps geben oder Fragen beantworten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; es fehlt an nichts. Auch die vielen Garderobenhaken und Kleiderbügel sind hervorragend. Wir fünf hatten ausreichend Platz in der neu renovierten Wohnung. Unsere Kinder liebten es, die Kaninchen im Garten zu füttern. Sie haben uns sogar Roller für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt. Nochmals vielen Dank. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für direkte Wanderungen oder Ausflüge. Der schöne Spielplatz ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und wir empfehlen Angelika und ihre Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiter. Alles Gute, Julia & Ingo

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Horbergbahn, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und gut eingerichtet – wir fahren seit Jahren dorthin und sind stets begeistert, nicht zuletzt von den sehr netten Vermietern.
