Tolle Lage und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sint-Niklaas, Hulst, zur Verbeke-Stiftung (sehr empfehlenswert!) usw.
Ruhige Lage mit allem, was man braucht. Einziger großer Nachteil war der gelegentliche unerträgliche Abwassergeruch im Haus, der aus der kleinen Tür neben dem Kamin drang. Zum Glück hatten wir schönes Wetter und konnten das Zimmer mehrmals gründlich lüften. Es gibt auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Zum Beispiel könnten alle Siphons etwas Reinigungsmittel vertragen, da sie ebenfalls einen unangenehmen Abwassergeruch verströmen.
Und beim Spülen der Toilette im Erdgeschoss spritzt einem das Wasser bis zu den Beinen. Die Einstellungen könnten also etwas angepasst werden.
Große Vorteile dieser Lage sind der große Bereich im Erdgeschoss, der Garten und der Spielbereich in der Garage. Auch hier könnten zusätzliche Investitionen sinnvoll sein. Die Darts haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, und die Billardqueues, die mit Klebeband repariert wurden, sind wirklich unbrauchbar.
Also, alles in allem: 7/10
