Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest in the period between the 89th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
