Cancellation policy
Up to 3 months before the arrival day, free of charge;
3 months to 1 month before the arrival day, 40% of the total arrangement price;
up to 1 week before the arrival day, 70% of the total arrangement price;
in the last week before the arrival day, 90% of the total arrangement price;
Cancellation policy for Corona:
If the region of the holiday apartment or our holiday apartment is officially closed due to Corona, the guest will be refunded the entire deposit. No further financial claims can be made by the guest in return.
Furthermore, in this special case, the landlord is not obliged to provide a replacement apartment.
If the guest's home region is officially prohibited from traveling to other regions during the booked travel period, the guest will be refunded the deposit and no further cancellation fees will incur. An appropriate official proof must be provided for this.
The official requirement of a negative test or, and a possible quarantine, for the journey to our holiday apartment, as well as the return of a negative test or, and a possible quarantine in the guest's home country or home region, do not constitute a free cancellation option.
In the event that the guest falls ill during the booked travel period, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

From the direction of Linz / Vienna: Exit Oberwang – turn left towards Loibichl Mondsee
From the direction of Salzburg / Germany: Exit Mondsee – turn right – go straight over the roundabout after 500 m towards Attersee – 2nd street on the left (exit Mondsee Süd, Unterach, Attersee)
Note: Access from the Mondsee motorway service station is unfortunately no longer possible, as the exit has been closed.

V měsíci červnu jsme byli ubytováni v prázdninovém bytu v Bergblick acht Mondsee. Ubytování a pobyt hodnotím 5 * luxus, vybavení, čistota a klid, krásný výhled na hory z terasy. Vše super ? včetně příjemné, ochotné a hodné majitelky, která nám k našemu překvapení přinesla jednoho dne výborný domácí štrudl. Určitě se tam ještě vrátíme. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme cyklisté, tak nádherné v okolní krajině cyklostezky, které jsme měli předem naplánované.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Wanderurlaub in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Viele Wanderwege gehen direkt von der Haustür los.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, an alles wurde gedacht und man hat viel Platz zum Kochen, Plauschen und Spielen.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von der traumhaften Aussicht auf die Berge.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
