Location
The apartment is located in the central district of Krößbach, amidst nature in the heart of the Stubai Valley – just 12 km from the Stubai Glacier, Austria's largest glacier ski area, and about 30 minutes from the state capital Innsbruck.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find:
two recommended restaurants (Ski Alm with sun terrace & Café Restaurant Sportalm)
the village lift in Krößbach – ideal for children and beginners
access points to cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs (e.g., night tobogganing at Milderaunalm), hiking and cycling paths
The free ski and hiking bus stops just 50 m away. A small chapel with Sunday mass is also within walking distance.

Our Mountain Lodge – Falbesoner Nockalm
Dear guests,
we also warmly welcome you to our in-house mountain lodge Falbesoner Nockalm at an altitude of 1,663 m – situated between Falbeson and Ranalt.
Here you can expect an unforgettable day with breathtaking views of the valley and the Stubai Glacier.
Hike to the Lodge
From Falbeson, a newly established path leads directly to the lodge.
Families with children (including strollers) can comfortably use the wide forest road from the Nürnberger Hütte parking lot – through open woods with stunning views.
Culinary Delights
The Gleinser family will spoil you with delicious Tyrolean specialties, lovingly prepared from regional products.

Check-in & Check-out: Die Zimmer stehen am Anreisetag von 15:00 bis 23:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, das Apartment bis 10:00 Uhr wieder zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Bettwäsche & Handtücher: Im Preis enthalten sind Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Geschirrhandtücher. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens 7 Nächten ist ein Handtuchwechsel inklusive.
Parkmöglichkeiten: Ein überdachter Parkplatz (Carport) mit E-Ladestation steht direkt am Haus bereit.
Rauchen & Haustiere: Unser Apartment ist ein Nichtraucherbereich. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.
Die Ortstaxe wird für Gäste berechnet, die im laufenden Kalenderjahr das 16. Lebensjahr vollenden.
Die Ortstaxe von € 4,80 pro Person/Nacht ist direkt vor Ort beim Gastgeber zu bezahlen.
