Cancellation policy

Rental conditions and terms and conditions Bookings and Reservations With your booking, you accept the following rental conditions. Your booking can be made by email or by mail. The contract comes as soon as we have confirmed your booking in writing via email. Special requests and verbal agreements are valid as soon as we have confirmed them in writing. Cancellation conditions If Casa Taschira can not be taken over on the agreed day, e.g., due to high traffic or a car breakdown, etc., the entire rental price remains owed. The same applies if you leave Casa Taschira earlier than agreed. Withdrawal You are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the confirmed arrangement. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the date of receipt of your cancellation. Cancellation costs In the event of cancellation up to 43 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental sum is owed to us. In the event of cancellation between 42 and 29 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental fee is due. In the event of cancellation from 28 days to 2 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental amount is due.In the case of a later cancellation and in the case of non-utilization of the contract, the entire rental fee is due. If Casa Taschira can be rented to a third party in whole or in part after your cancellation, only the difference between the cancellation costs and the actual fee is owed. Replacement rent, plus compensation for expenses in the amount of 50.00 Euro is due. *We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wir haben als Paar drei sehr erholsame und entspannte Wochen in der Casa Taschira verlebt. Das Haus ist perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool und das schöne Ambiente drum herum sind toll,dazu die herrliche Ruhe. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sehr häufig waren wir am fast menschenleeren Strand in Campomarino, das Meer einfach traumhaft. Sehr schöne Erinnerungen wurden geschaffen. Toni ist ein sehr netter aufmerksamer Gastgeber und war stets für alle Fragen offen. Für meinen Mann und mich,als große Primitivoliebhaber, war es großartig viele sehr ansprechende Weine ausprobieren zu können. Wir haben uns gefreut diese sehr positive Urlaubserfahrung gemacht zu haben.

Wir haben drei schöne und erholsame Wochen im Casa Taschira verbracht und traten unsere Heimreise nur schweren Herzens an... Wir wurden durch Toni sehr freundlich und sympathisch empfangen. Toni und Anna sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen und wohnen direkt nebenan. Die Lage des Anwesens ist etwas außerhalb und aufgrund dessen, ist es schön ruhig und man kann seine Zeit ungestört am tollen Pool oder auf dem sehr idyllischen Grundstück verbringen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Meer sowie Restaurants, sind sehr gut und in recht kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, vorallem über die Espressomaschine habe ich mich persönlich sehr gefreut! Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ebenso. Wir kommen gerne ein weiteres Mal!
