This beautifully furnished holiday home offers a total of 3 bedrooms with king size beds, two bedrooms have direct access to a balcony with a view of the valley and the sea. Also located here are the two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and a separate toilet. All rooms are located on the first floor.
On the lower level of the house there are further amenities, such as the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV with international TV channels and a small Bose box for your musical entertainment. Adjacent to the living/dining area, our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. From the living area, as well as from the kitchen, you have access to the terraces of the house.
Outside there is a heated pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers for a relaxing holiday. Parking spaces for the cars are available in front of the house.
Very quiet location, very well equipped, 5 minutes by car from the beach, heated pool.
Les Issambres is a small Provençal seaside resort between Saint-Aygulf and Sainte Maxime. In summer, you will find numerous restaurants and small shops here, as well as the beautiful weekly market on Mondays. From here, you can make numerous excursions, such as to Saint Tropez or into the hinterland to the Verdon Gorge for kayaking and a visit to Moustière.

In the event of withdrawal by the lessee, the following percentages, calculated from the total net rental price, shall be due in the following scale
Cancellation 45 days before departure 20%.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before departure 30%.
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before departure 60%.
Cancellation 21 days prior to departure until departure 90%
If the owner proves a subsequent tenant for the agreed travel period who is willing to enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the tenant's obligation to reimburse the rent shall lapse accordingly. The owner will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. In this case the tenant's reimbursement obligation is reduced accordingly.
A visitor's tax of € 5.50 per day/person will be charged on site.
