Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, they must pay lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 50€)
Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%
The holiday home can be cancelled free of charge if arrival is not possible due to an official order from the Netherlands or if a mandatory quarantine would be imposed on the return trip to Germany. The termination by the tenant in this case is possible at the earliest 7 days and at the latest 3 days before arrival.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

A16 Breda-Rotterdam: Take the A59 exit towards Zierikzee. Then follow A59. Near Nieuwkerk head towards Brouwershaven/Den Osse. Follow signs for Landal Port Greve.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem Park Port Greve .
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus mit dem schönen Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber .
Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht .
Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe genossen . Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super .
Renesse und Zieriksee sind ca. 10 km entfernt.
Eine Tagestour nach Rotterdam (ca. 70 km )lohnt sich auf jeden Fall . Wir haben des öfteren in dem Restaurant Even Pause in Scharendijke gegessen . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top .

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage in dem das Haus steht ist sehr kinderfreundlich und sauber. Zum Strand ist es nur einen Katzensprung . Die Landschaft und Umgebung läd zu zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants ein. Laufen und Radfahren ist quasie überall möglich.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
