The initial Deposit of EUR 100 is also a security deposit. In case of a cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival this deposit will be returned. If the rental will be cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival, and the house cannot be rented during the time, the security deposit will not be reimbursed.
During school vacations there is a minimum stay of 7 days.
Children up to 12 years of age will not be counted as 5. or 6. Person - so no additional cost will occur.
