Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide individual advice on this!

The estate is surrounded by extensive fields and meadows. Here you will find wonderful peace and relaxation and have numerous excursion opportunities, for example, to Pisa and San Gimignano.
It is approximately 3.5 km from the small village of Fabbrica to the estate.
Getting there
In July/August, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. During other months, flexible arrival and departure are gladly accommodated.

Wunderschön gelegenes altes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick. Schöner Pool, Spielbereich für Kinder. Leider gibt es einige Nachteile: Die Lage ist völlig isoliert (der Zugang erfolgt 15 Minuten über eine 3 km lange Schotterstraße). Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt, die Geräte müssen ersetzt werden, und die Badezimmer benötigen eine Auffrischung. Obwohl sie sauber sind, sind sie nicht sehr ansprechend, und die Plastikpflanzen tragen nicht zur Verbesserung bei. Es gibt keine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine und auch nicht genügend Teller oder Schalen. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, und das Internet ist sehr gut.

Schöne Lage, etwas abgelegen, und man muss über einen kiesigen und holprigen Weg mehr als 3 km zurück zur Hauptstraße reisen. Ein nettes Agriturismo, und Massimo ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein schönes Abendessen für die Bewohner am Montag. Großartiger Pool. Auch Petanque und Tischtennis. Entspannend oder was!
