Holiday destination

Enjoy the peaceful location of our place at the entrance of the Ã–tztal valley. From here, the entire Ã–tztal dimension opens up to you. In summer, it's the ideal starting point for numerous activities in and around the valley. In winter, the ski resorts of Hoch Oetz, KÃ¼htai, SÃ¶lden, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are just a short distance away. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach grocery stores, a bakery, a doctor, and the bus stop.

Getting there

By car: - Take the A7 from Ulm-FÃ¼ssen-Reutte (B314) via the Fern Pass to Imst - enter Ã–tztal (toll-free). - Take the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Seefeld-Telfs-Ã–tztal. - Take the A8 Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck, exit Ã–tztal. Then 4 km to Sautens. Follow the village road towards Tirolerhof/BÃ¤renklause. Just before Tirolerhof, turn sharply left towards Church-Haderlehn. Our house is then directly on the left side.

Ansonsten mit dem Auto 6min. zum Skigebiet Hochötz._x000D_ Sehr grosse, umfangreich ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung._x000D_ Kostenfreies Laden für E-Fahrzeuge direkt am Haus._x000D_ Sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Ordentliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt u.a. Handtücher, Kaffee und einen Garten zum relaxen. Auch mit Hund ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wellness Dusche ein Traum.
