The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Big terraces with beautiful sea-views and overlooking the old white village of Torrox Pueblo and the mountains of the Sierra Almijara.
There is also a possibility for BBQ, an outdoor shower, plenty of deck chairs and 4 sun loungers. All rooms have direct access to the terrace.
The special highlight is the private pool with 8x4m (depth: 1.6 m to 1.8 m).

The houses are very spacious. Cot and high chair for kids are available. The children will enjoy the pool. The property is like an adventure playground.
Torrox is a typically white Andalusian village with a beautiful old town which is still largely undiscovered by the tourist. There you can find nice bars, restaurants and narrow alleyways. Here the prices are still well below those of only 4 km distant coastline.
You can easily reach Granada (with the famous Alhambra), Cordoba and Seville. Nerja with his caves and nice beaches is only 12km away.
In Torrox Costa you will find romantic and long beaches. The promenade offers excellent and varied gastronomy. Also the mountains are not far away. In the Alpujarra and the Sierra Almijara you can take in the beautiful nature reserve, mountain tours and hikes.
In close proximity is Nerja, with its caves and Compete. The climate in Torrox is considered the 'mejor clima' en Europa! The house can be reached by a concrete road, no dirty roads! The beach can be reached by car in about 8 minutes.
There is a new 18-hole golf course about 12 minutes away at "La Caleta". Cities such as Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba and Seville can be easily reached from here.

For a rental period of e.g. 10 days is the total calculated by dividing the weekly rate divided by 7 and then multiplying the result by 10.

A cancellation can only be accepted in writing from the lead member of the party. The cancellation will be effective from the date the letter, email or fax is received by us. In the event of a cancellation of any part of the booking, the following cancellation charge will be payable (based on the total rental price):
* More than 8 weeks before arrival: Applicable deposits only.
* 8 weeks - 6 weeks before arrival: 60% of rental cost.
* 40 – 29 days before arrival: 80% of rental cost.
* 28 – 1 day(s) before arrival: 100% of rental cost
Zahlungsmodalitäten: 30% bei Buchung. Die Restsumme wird 6 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt bezahlt.
Das Schwimmbad ist von Ostern bis zum 31. Oktober im Betrieb. Wenn Sie außerhalb dieser Betriebszeiten den Pool benutzen möchten, zahlen Sie einen Aufschlag von 50 Euro pro Woche.
Wasser, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inkl. Strom 0,30 Euro pro kWh nach Verbrauch
