Das Foto des Ferienhauses entspricht nicht ganz der Realität. Das Ferienhaus ist in mehreren Bereichen deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Deshalb sieht es etwas heruntergekommen aus. Die Badezimmer wurden schön renoviert. Der Park selbst ist wunderschön gelegen, waldreich und ruhig.
