The accommodation is situated on a closed plot of 450 m², with a lockable gate and a parking space for two cars. The cottage has a spacious entrance area where you will also find a small bathroom with shower. The bright and spacious living room (50 m²) invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and armchairs by the fireplace. From there you can look directly into the integrated and open kitchen with dining place.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, each with a French bed. You will find a shower and a bathtub in one of the two bathrooms on this floor.
In the wind-protected and invisible garden you will find cosy retreat possibilities next to the wine-covered house wall. The heart of the house is the heated pool for single use.
This holiday home becomes a good mood place at any time of the year. One looks forward to coming home after an excursion to the markets of the surroundings or after a hike.
This accommodation is ideal for 1 - 2 couples, especially for cyclists, nature lovers and culturally interested and gourmets.
Privacy is provided by the private garden and pool area (heated pool).
