Cancellation policy
Cancellation, an unpleasant word for both you and us. It's a pity when the holiday apartment remains vacant even though others would have liked to come. Our request: Please inform us in time, no cancellation fees will be charged up to 60 days before the start of the holiday. We ask for your understanding that for cancellations from 60 days up to 30 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the total price. From 30 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked arrangement.
In case of cancellation from 2 weeks before the trip, no-show, or early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Located in the south of Merano, the market town of Lana stretches from the base of the Vigiljoch mountain into the fertile Etschtal valley of South Tyrol. Thanks to its central location, this vibrant town on the Adige River is the perfect starting point for a varied active holiday and leisure activities at all altitudes: from leisurely walks in the valley to challenging mountain climbs to one of the many 3,000-meter peaks or mountain bike tours into the fascinating mountain world of the surrounding area. Passionate cyclists will find historic mountain passes and roads in and around Lana, while families prefer a hike along the irrigation channel paths, explore the family-friendly hiking trails on the Vigiljoch, or cycle leisurely on the Adige cycle path or the South Tyrolean Wine Road.
No less than five ski resorts in the immediate vicinity ensure fun and action in Lana during the winter. This includes the idyllic ski and hiking area of Vigiljoch. Lana's local mountain can be reached in just a few minutes by cable car. Once at the mountain station, you find yourself in the midst of a quiet natural paradise. The other hiking destinations in the Merano region are also easily accessible in summer and winter using public transportation.

The alpine-Mediterranean Lana in the Etsch Valley combines the advantages of a tranquil, rural setting with an urban core and is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in South Tyrol. The car-free Vigiljoch, Lana's local mountain, is accessible by cable car in just a few minutes and is especially popular with families, nature lovers, and mountain bikers. Thus, Lana, the largest and oldest apple-growing community in South Tyrol, offers a high quality of life and a diverse range of leisure and cultural activities that are as popular with locals as they are with guests.
Getting there
From the North: By car from Brenner via the A22 to Bolzano, then take the MeBo expressway (SS38), exit at Merano Sud (Lana Nord). Turn left towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße and continue to Ultner Straße towards Ultental. Follow this road for 2 km until you reach the manor house on the left side.
From the West: By car from Reschen Pass through Vinschgau, at Merano take the MeBo expressway (SS38), exit at Merano Sud (Lana Nord). Turn right towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße and continue to Ultner Straße. Follow this road until you reach the manor house on the left side.
From the South: On the A22 to Bolzano, continue on the MeBo expressway (SS38) towards Merano, exit at Merano Sud (Lana Nord). Turn left towards Lana on Max-Valier-Straße and continue to Ultner Straße. Follow this road for exactly 2 km until you reach the manor house on the left side.
