Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation in the amount of the rent or a part of the rent. The tenant's cancellation must always be made in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.

Eine Ferienwohnung neben einer Baustelle kann nicht prickelnd sein. Ein Fernseher in dieser Wohnung, der heutigen Standards nicht genügt, von der Größe des Bildschirms angefangen bis zur Auswahl der deutschen Programme. Der Eigentümer ist bei einem solchen Preis der Wohnung nicht bereit eine Gebühr zu zahlen, damit deutsche Urlauber Ihre deutschen Kanäle schauen können (außer ARD, ZDF und WDR 3). Dies geht gar nicht. Habe dies dem Vermietungsbüro Duinzicht Vakantiewohningen auch mitgeteilt. Man hatte hierfür nur ein müdes Lächeln übrig. Das besondere Highlight war das Wecken morgens um 5 Uhr durch eine Unmenge Tauben, die sich in der Nähe aufhielten.
